Product Order

You need to note that when placing a product order, please confirm your shipping address once. We cannot change the address after the product is shipped, and we will not be responsible for any loss caused by you.

When Is My Order Going to Ship?

Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Our order cutoff time is 17:00 (MST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 17:00 (MST) on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (holiday delay).

If an item does not ship more than 10 business days after you order it (no special notes, such as pre-sale items, etc.), please contact us by sending an email to help@aurachicwear.com, and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $5 coupon.

Product Shipping Time

Package shipping takes 2-5 business days, so delivery time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and the delivery location. Customers can check their packages through online customer service, and we will track the status of customers’ orders in real time. If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to help@aurachicwear.com, and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $5 coupon.

Shipping Method

Orders under $59.99 will include a $4.99 shipping fee. Orders totaling $59.99 or more will qualify for free shipping under DHL Express rules.

The seller bears all taxes and fees, and consumers are not responsible for any taxes and fees.

Parcel Tracking

Parcel Rejection

If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
